We would be happy to create an account, and give you access to our SIMMS medical imaging portal.

1. Use the following link on Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge: http://ent.mysimms.com/imec/login.aspx
2. You may have to allow the website access to your computer.
3. Type in your provided username and password. If this is your first time signing-in, SIMMS will ask you to update your temporary password.
4. Under the ARCHIVED section, type in the desired patient's: last name, first name, DOB, or healthcard #.
5. This should pull up ALL performed exams at our clinic for the input patient.
6. Download the dmx viewers if required to view images/worksheets/reports.
7. You may also choose to export patient files to view directly on your computer.
